Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Analyze financial data and provide insightful commentary to management on financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop finance team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
