Hertz Finance Accelerated Leadership Program

The Hertz Finance Accelerated Leadership Program (FALP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational program designed to cultivate future finance leaders within the Hertz Corporation. Within FP&A, participants might be involved in developing annual budgets, forecasting future revenue streams, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. In Accounting, they could assist with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. A Treasury rotation could involve managing cash flow, analyzing investment opportunities, and mitigating financial risks. In Revenue Management, participants may work on optimizing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Beyond the rotational assignments, the FALP emphasizes professional development and leadership training.
